This is a old meeting hall in downtown Livermore that is available for groups to have conferences and banquets, etc.
The rent is fairly steep and it has nothing particularly good to offer other than it's just a big open space like a barn. It has a clean kitchen available for catering service and a bunch of round tables.
I think the rent is the same regardless of whether you have 50 people or 150.
