Whoever hired Freya at the LCM is inept. She has embezzled so much and still continues to. I've even overheard her say "screw the veterans, they only send us jailbirds anyway". This is so disgusting.

The management and administration side of this place doesn’t know much about caring for homeless veterans. It is loosely supervised and the residents take full advantage. The prison program makes for a very uncomfortable stay. Especially if you have street trauma. They improperly stored my things and when I returned thousands of dollars worth of my belongings were stolen. To include VA medical equipment given me for my medical related needs. And their attitude was all but sincere. If you’re at a bottom do not go to VTC you may just stay at the bottom. The houses are in poor condition. In my opinion the staff was not there to help veterans rather help themselves. Maintenance also poor.

The VTC as an organization made it possible to get a stable location to call home. The staff on the most part are excellent. I still receive assistance and support from the organization. Worthwhile place to help veterans.

A lot of changes have been made at VTC over the past year and I want to give notice that I recognize those changes and welcome them. And it's good to see the improvements. I utilized and learned some things myself and want others to understand for us veterans who have been Disconnected from the society we grew up in after returning to civilian life no matter the capacities, have this place and other places for veterans to reintegrate back into the land of our birth and society. We Don't Need to Be Ferral Anymore,,
The Staff Here are Committed to Actually Helping the Veteran when he or she would like to "Come Home" and "Seek the Service's" that today are available to us veterans.

The veterans transition Center is a place for veterans, that have had something go wrong in their life, put their life back together. It's a place If You Buck the system it won't work for you but if you embrace the system it works great for you. It is like most program's it is what you make of it.

If one is a homeless veteran, the Veterans Transition Center is a great place to be while getting your life together. I am an alumni of the VTC. So I know first hand what this organization does for veterans.
