Recently experiencing nothing but runaround and double talk with this dumpster fire of an agency. And now my Medicaid has been taken away due to new income guidelines and she's "just doing her job"...gtfoh with that garbage. You're ruining people's lives!

They recently moved this service here and it is way more space to accommodate everyone and they hired more staff and they have a system that has been working very good and it's way more efficient than it used to be years ago.

I have explained to my programmer that I am disabled and I am homeless due to I cannot work so I have a lawyer who have took my case to fight for me to get disability and I am going through treatment from rual health for my spine and neck with muscle loss due to a infection after surgery to pit a cage in the front of my spine and fused it to a rode and 3 screws on the back neck and I cand not lift or put any strain on my spine cause of spasms and pain that causes me to strain and very painful and so why have they decided to take away my only way of to surviving without any help with my foodstamp

They are not that great because the so called child protective services took our kds away for no reason. But for other help like food stamps, Medicaid they are good.

Good morning,
I’m writing this review because for years I have been to DSS. I have always
been treated with kindness and respect.

There have been a few employees that have retired but they are missed and I wish them well.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the employees are and they all do their jobs...The front office staff and the other employees are simply pleasant all the time..

Vance County DS is better in this building, but this building needs to be something for kids to be able to go to and have fun unless their going to put another private school their. It needs to be a non-profit organization.
