Consistent mess ups, nice but unhelpful staff. I’ve never had problems renewing my SNAP in Faulkner county but this time around with Van Buren county it has been painful and due to mess ups we’ve been waiting close to two months to get our SNAP back and have waited more than a week for a supervisor to get back with us. I hate leaving bad reviews but it has just been miserable dealing with this place.

They've been very helpful to me and I'm extremely grateful to them they helped me out when I don't understand things and they give me phone numbers to call for people that can help me out. And they tell me where to go exactly where to go for what I need. These people I never rude to me or look like they think I'm an idiot, which I'm not but this is all new to me. They treat me with the respect and it makes me feel better about myself and the situation I'm in

I believe that some of these employees need to learn more about their job. I am constantly having trouble with them and not knowing how to explain what's going on in my case. I do get help and good info but only from a limited couple of people.
