Great Gym facilities, nice equipment but there is something that I cannot pass otherwise it is a great gym:

They provide some rags to “clean” the machines that everyone touches and I see the following issues with this practice:

1) It picks up the sweat of all the members
2) Not all members have personal hygiene (going to the bathroom and not washing their hands
3) The rag is already too wet from all the chemical spray into it, it is a bad feel on hands.
4) We are smearing all the above unto all the machines

There are ways to address this situation, the staff claims that I am asking for a “towel” when in fact all i am asking is for good cleanliness of the equipment thus providing individual rags for each member to use to clean the equipment.

If they address this predicament I would be more than happy to stay and support this business.

Attending for a year. Clean-ish facilities, nice staff. only one leg extension machine. Sauna has been "being repaired" since May and has been out of order since this place opened. Needs better sanitation IE: disinfectant towelette dispensers because the sanitation stations with the dirty soggy rags are GROSS. Had to stop due to surgery and I will tell you that ( I did BOTH) Cancelling/putting your membership on hold while following their specific guidelines is a JOKE. They WILL charge you even after your account is on hold (the full price of your membership) and they WILL also charge after you have cancelled. Sadly, this is the only gym that opens early enough to fit my schedule so I will keep attending until something better comes along.

Would rather gatekeep to avoid this gym from becoming crowded, but I have to shout out the staff and facility!

Super clean, awesome machines, and great location. I love this gym! Also, there are gender designated saunas!! Unlike other facilities that have co-ed which I am not comfortable with.

I would recommend that the staff calibrate the weight machines and cable machines. Specifically the cable machine seems to be lighter than typical, I'm able to pull weight a lot higher than normal.

This gym is super clean, staff is friendly and helpful, the machines are new and the sauna is amazing! It’s usually pretty empty if you go anytime that’s not 5-8 pm. I love how this gym is so community oriented and the trainers are so knowledgeable and helpful. Also shoutout to the manager, Jamie, she’s very attentive and helpful as well.

Very very clean gym from the workout floor to the restrooms and the pool. Staff are very nice and friendly. I’ve been to a few gyms and switched from there. This is one of the gyms I ENJOY going to and come as often as I can

The gym is cool, great equipment. Reason I gave one star is because I had signed up for this training session program that they have. To keep the story simple, I put my membership on pause and I told my personal trainer that I had to cancel the training program because I was going to be out of state for a couple months. I thought they had everything settled but then I noticed that they charged me the following month for the training program. After I thought I had canceled everything. I called them and they told me Eric Fogle is the guy that deals with the training session stuff. I got in contact with him and he told me that the refunds usually take a week to settle. It's been a month at this point and I haven't gotten any information regarding my refund for that extra month I got charged. I tried texting and calling this past week so I can get an update on my situation but I haven't got a call or text back. Makes me feel like I got scammed! The gym was good, but after this situation it makes me not want to go back to this gym. This whole situation is just sketchy and I just want my money back for something that I didn't want to pay for.

The gym unfortunately lets in people with right wing extremist political shirts that make other people feel unsafe. Please institute a policy to make that unacceptable.

Clean newer spot. Like the location. Staff is friendly but really how hard is their job. They need more bench press. A lot of times people are sitting on machines using their phones so nobody else can use the machine it’s quite aggravating their should be a rule or time limit, I don’t hav all day to wait
