My brother passed & thought this church would be suitable to hold his services at. Til I talked to Derrick & he explain that we can have the services there as long as they get to preach an offensive speech to people. I kept listening & he explain how he would let everybody know that since my brother sinned that he will be going to hell.which was very disrespectful to someone mourning . He also said That he has failed god so he is a failure , let me start by saying this guy does not even know my brother one bit. So who is he to judge & make that decision. Second off if you know it will offend people (people in much pain & sorrow) why would you make it mandatory to do? Pastor seemed nice but had hidden intentions that weren’t good. I wouldn’t recommend.

It’s a great church with great people. The pastor preachers verse by verse through Scripture. The home fellowship groups then meet during the week to discuss the material of the sermon for greater application. There are also adult Sunday school classes that meet before church that teach various subjects including evangelism, theology, and apologetics. It’s a small church, but everyone knows each other which contributes to the close fellowship before and after service. If you’re looking for a Bible believing and Bible teaching church, this is it. No seeker-sensitive church here.

This is me and my husbands home church for two years. Such a welcoming congregation and pastor Derek preaches directly from the Bible. The teachings glorify God and the theology is on point. Great bible teaching church. Young adult group meets at 6 at the church! Young adults are constantly doing group activities and we also have a summer and winter camp!!

Been attending for about a year. Loving church whose members care and pray for one another. Pastor Derek is a great leader - he is knowledgeable, kind, and humble. He preaches straight from the Bible and genuinely cares for his members. The church is small but mighty! They also have a variety of ministries to get involved in: children's youth/young adult, women's, men's, AWANAS, home groups, Sunday school, etc. Very active church with many opportunities to grow and serve! Come visit on Sundays 10:15am if you're looking for a church family!

I came here once or twice after my son died. The church that I was going to didn't seem to care.
Valley Christian Fellowship was and still is my home church. The congregation is more like family. I feel comfortable to come to any of my sisters for advice, support and prayers. There is something for everyone and age.

This church truly has one aim in mind: To glorify Christ and serve His people. Everything they do reflects this. The preaching is faithfully biblical and expositional. The worship is theologically rich and edifying. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly.
