Worst USO I've ever been! The White lady volunteer is all in business of yours and she doesn't let you have any guest even I tell them the guest is allowed to be with active duty service member.

I'm a disabled veteran with an ID to show. I was not allowed to partake of this occupation unless an ex-spouse of a retired service member registered me as her guest!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a veteran of 18 years who unfortunately got MED boarded due to an injury, I find it disappointing that I am turned away due to not being fully retired even though I am 100% disabled through the VA. This is a great way to treat your combat veterans USO. Do better!

Great place for Military and their families. They have really nice chairs and snacks for service members. The chairs are aging, but still very comfortable.

Closed when I got there. Which is fine, be closed. It’s a small airport. But the hours weren’t posted and there was still someone in there so I knocked several times. She ignored me completely. Didn’t even look my way. You can open the door to let someone know you’re closed; I promise it won’t hurt you.

I’ve been stopping in for over 10 years. The people have always been wonderful, the services much appreciated and the chairs comfortable! I definitely recommend stopping in!

Great USO, fresh foods. Wonderful Coke productd to drink. No drinks on the plane as turbulence didn't make it possible for flight attendants to take care of us.

The worst USO I’ve ever been to
The front disk black lady was rude, unprofessional and busy doing her homework on the front disk computer, was not even paying attention who is checking in or anything
Then the old man wearing a blue Airforce T-shirt replaced the black lady
To make the long story he did not even want to help anyone.
I can’t believe that they let anyone work at the USO
They really need to check sometimes on these people

I left the USO after 10 minutes and i waited by my gate for an hour and 30 minutes
Because it didn’t feel like USO at all, there were a bunch of people looking each other like why these people are so rude, we were not welcomed at all.
The soldiers need to be treated better than this.
I think they should just shut down this uso if they cannot hire people with good attitude and good behavior.
