I utilized United Way’s Tax Assistance program this year after putting off some things for a few years & feeling very overwhelmed. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, kind, & it was actually a pretty fun experience in the end. Not what I expected in a tax appointment lol. Such a relief, can’t thank you enough!

I lived with my special needs son and my husband in York in 2019 after moving out of Houston Tx. We lived at one side of this office. One day I went to ask about housing information to see if they could help me and a lady in a very cold attitude told me that they didn't help with housing information. That she couldn't help me that I had to go to other place. It wasn't a very good experience. I felt so uncomfortable.
