Submitted Rental Assistance application July 2021. Finally got approved last month. Now; sitting in Conditionally Approved status for that month. No calls returned. No reason why Finance is holding funds. JULY. 5 MONTHS AND THIS EMERGENCY FUNDING STILL NOT RELEASED. We submitted over 50 documents and they claim now its a quality assurance process. Extremely complicated application process. No follow up or proactive case work. Guess we are back to calling every day. This is unreal when the Federal and State have acknowledged that only 10% of the funding was distributed months ago. This agency should be really investigated for their policies and use of funding. 5 months is not acceptable. And I have yet to see or hear a anyone actually getting assistance in our entire complex

This place is truly one of a kind. They've gone through different moves and business styles and ways to contribute to the community, and everyone who is there is caring, sincere, and fully focused on trying to help the community around them. There are so many nonprofit organizations that do so little, and this one is not as recognized organization that does so much more

Went through the call center to get help with homelessness two years ago and never ever got helped. Why? Half the city is homeless yet these people get govt funds to help but do not. Maybe if I was a addict or a Vet things would have been different.
