We have believed & participated in the program for almost 25 years. Sadly, this will likely be our last year. This organization does not support host families and enforce student rules. After devoting 7.5 months this year to an extremely difficult exchange student; prioritizing their safety and needs it became evident the organization does not value its host families. After countless rule violations and mis-conduct this student was moved to a friends house within our community. This situation has effected our family and caused irreversible damage on every level. Our children still attend the very school the student spread nasty rumors and other information relating to our careers that could not only damage ones reputation, but more importantly endanger our lives and the lives of our children. I would strongly encourage anyone considering hosting through this agency to reconsider.
