This post office hires the absolute worst people as mail carriers. In the 7 years I’ve lived in 89139 this 89113 has delivered to me and they often do not show up until very late in the day and on some days just do not show up at all to deliver parcels. For years it was the same mail carrier. I caught him sleeping in the truck in front of our complex on more than one occasion. He would often deliver packages to other addresses and I would also receive other people’s mail and would bring it to them blocks away. He seems to be gone now and it’s a revolving door of mail carriers that come at unreliable times. I’m currently waiting on 2 packages that were on the truck for delivery at 6:10am and it is now 7:30pm and they still have not shown up.

This is the epitome of wasted tax dollars. They have one person helping people at a time with 20+ people waiting in line. Takes 45 minutes to send a certified letter. There’s not a single working pen to be found and half the mailings to fill out are missing. This has to be the most mismanaged USPS I have ever seen. It’s clear they do not care about anything here. They need to clean house and start over with staff.

It would seem the post office is underfunded … the staff was friendly and efficient, and although the line was long they worked through it quickly.
Remember not to “shoot the messenger” the staff is doing their best. It’s the management (people you maybe can’t interact with) that may be the cause of the somewhat poor state of the post office. Also: it would be nice if the customer treated the post office’s infrastructure with care (a small (2-3%?) percentage of the customers just don’t care about public property and everyone has to endure the results of their abuse…).

Horrible. First off, the package pickup door is closed during business hours. Ring the bell, she sees me there, but can't think to tell me that "Hey, I am over here at the counter". Do after 5 rings, u go into the other line. Guess what, the "smart" people there can figure out how to get my package. Therefore, I have to go back to the "now" long line and wait for the lady standing at the counter. Same lady that saw me earlier. If you wonder what is wrong with our government and the postal low customer service ratings, come to the one on Russell road in Las Vegas and watch for two minutes.

This post office is the definition of LAZY
The workers there have absolutely no Nspring in their step at all. I waited 45 minutes in line to pick up a letter that they lost 2 months ago and then when I finally get there and get my package they said ok now you have to go wait in that other line to pay the 3 dollars....

Self-service was a wreck. No packaging is available, and a pile of boxes scattered next to the kiosk. The staff is very helpful and the long line moved pretty quickly.

Like all the other reviews say, the most understaffed and most busy post office I've ever been to. Doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week, always 40+ people in the lines with 2 workers. Takes 45 mins to 2 hours of waiting in line to be seen. Hoping this is the last time I ever have to stop here, I dread doing this and would rather do ANYTHING else.

Went to mail an Express mail letter and there are no supplies ( EM label and envelope) available in the lobby . So I stood in line for 20 mins with only one clerk open . When I got to clerk I was told Express mail not guaranteed and won’t be able to give me a date of delivery because the system is down . Then I was told she does not have the hard EM envelope . If she uses the blue envelope it will costs me $46.00 instead of $30 +.
So she told me my option is to go to another PO . Whoa … this is definitely a poor service .
