Inconsistent low quality offerings for children, youth or young families, no reliable calendar or way to easily get information, no newsletter and nobody follows up with visitors. Very unwelcoming ambiance for outsiders.

Beware!!!

Top Leadership including Pastor and Personnel Elder, manipulate the rest and chose to intentionally avoid, shut down, stifle, delay or just ignore any efforts that open up the church to other non-members in the community (personally experienced). They lost its way and turned away from true Christian principles of loving and serving their community in the name of Jesus Christ to focus on their own pride and petty self-interests.
They do as they please - think one, say another and do a third thing to maintain and deepen their control of the church and its assets bringing membership down to 30+ senior members under current pastor, from hundreds of members and attendees years ago.
They regularly disregard church by-laws, conceal information from the congregation and operate outside of any oversight or accountability, including regarding church finances. Instead of serving Christ they act just like the ancestors from Psalm 78:
8 They would not be like their ancestors—
a stubborn and rebellious generation,
whose hearts were not loyal to God,
whose spirits were not faithful to him.

This church could offer and do much more for the community and promoting christian family life in Los Altos like it used to in its productive years, including activities and programs with the school and other non-profit organizations focusing on children that are renting space at the church.
