Two of my kids have trained at Undisputed South for over a year. Through that time, they have experienced boxing, no Gi, Gi, one-on-one lessons and weekly homeschool classes. They have fought in several Jiu-Jitsu tournaments and have performed exceptionally well. The gym has many options of dates and times for busy families, and the coaches give quality and personalized instruction. The owner, Matt Blank, runs a great local business that is professional, clean, and provides a safe environment for children and adults alike. Undisputed South is an incredible gym! I attended a class while in town for work. The coaches and students were all extremely welcoming and took the time to work with me on techniques since I’m fairly new to Jiu Jitsu. The facilities were clean and spacious. This place is awesome. My 5 year old daughter has been training at Undisputed South for 6 months, and she absolutely loves it. The experience has had a major positive influence on her confidence and development, and she's made some great friends too!

The owner and head teacher, Mr. Matt, strikes the perfect balance between being patient / having fun with the kids while also commanding their respect. My daughter leaves every class feeling like she overcame a challenge, learned something new, and had fun doing so.

My daughter started jiujitsu classes at Undisputed South in 2020, and the experience has been incredibly positive. With no prior exposure to the sport, she has received excellent coaching from Keith and Matt. On a personal note, I embarked on a health transformation journey with Matt, Kate, and Maren. Such an amazing place to try!! Matt was amazing with my daughter who was very quiet and shy, she is 6. Matt was very patient with her but was also able to bring her out of her shell in a way that she was comfortable. Front desk girls were always in the best spirits making it a fun experience from the moment you walk in! Highly highly recommend!!!
