I wanted to talk about my experience of reaching out to the Corporate Office of Turning Point. At first, the receptionist was very friendly and she made sure to fully understand the reason of my call. Then she forwarded my call to Lacey and it was also such a pleasure to talk to her. Lacey was very understanding of my request and she made sure to address it. I called on Monday during my first time reaching out. Then on September 13th, I called the Corporate Office again to let them know about the misunderstanding / inaccurate information. Then she had the audacity to transfer me to the Turning Point where I was previously seen at even though I told her that I saw that they wanted to give me the wrong information. The receptionist clearly didn't care at all to fully appropriately attend me. Turning Point clearly needs to fully address their very horrible way of attending clients!

Amazing opportunity for folks in need. New leadership is not the greatest and staff could and should be treated better. A work in progress as most are.
