"Favoritism was real . Staff was nice but the case manger is ruled.
Dear [Recipient's Name],

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident involving one of your case managers, [Case Manager's], and their interaction with a client, [Client's ].

On [12-15-2023], I observed or received reports about an incident where [Case Manager's Name] displayed behavior that was perceived as disrespectful towards [Client's]. The specific incident involved [brief description of the incident].

This behavior is troubling and goes against the principles of professionalism and respect that we expect from individuals in a case management role. It is important to emphasize that clients deserve to be treated with dignity and courtesy, and any departure from this standard is not acceptable.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to address and rectify the situation. Additionally, I would like to request that measures be implemented to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. It is crucial to maintain a supportive and respectful environment for clients who rely on your services.

I trust that you will handle this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to address any shortcomings in your team's conduct. If there is a formal process for submitting a complaint or if you require additional information, please let me know.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I believe that by addressing these concerns, we can work together to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all clients.

Terrible place I thought this was a place for helping woman but they are more on the greedy side. I left my school stuff for college there and they took it I spoke with someone name Jackie she is by far the most uncaring person Iโ€™ve ever Encountered. She spoke to me as though I didnโ€™t matter and my belongings wasnโ€™t there anymore. Please be mindful that these people get donations and help from the outside but is selfish they keep things for themselves!!! I do not recommend do not be fooled by Jackie the new director sheโ€™s a fake and coward! Currently talking to a lawyer on suing for my school supplies reimbursement!! Thieves!!!

The "Tree House" has a warm and inviting waiting area for your children and the families. When you arrive the staff tries to make you feel comfortable and they offer drinks, and snacks while you wait for your child to talk to the "Tree House" staff. The staff shares a lot of information and even shares books and resources in the community with you.

Favoritism even if your children are well behaved. Most of the women returned to there abusive environments simply bc they were not at peace here. Me and my children were well behaved and we still had to leave bc of minor things. They write you up and dont tell you until they want you gone. I wish more minorities would speak out about their experiences here. I also hope the head administrators would step in and contact some of the former residents so they could find out the facts.

They listened to me, believed me when nobody else seemed to, and were a huge source of comfort and encouragement. Union Co "justice" system is a nightmare (been waiting to have my case resolved for 7 years), but Turning Point is a light in the darkness. So thankful for them all!
