From the very beginning, Laurie, who assisted us, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful, making the entire rental process seamless and stress-free. Laurie's exceptional customer service set the tone for our experience and left a lasting impression on us.

The van we rented was immaculate and a perfect fit for my brother and his wheelchair. It made our entire trip significantly better and more comfortable. The vehicle was reliable and well-maintained, which provided us with peace of mind throughout our travels.

In addition to providing us with an excellent vehicle, Laurie went above and beyond by offering information about navigating Tampa and finding wheelchair-accessible places. This extra effort made our trip even more enjoyable and hassle-free.

Triple S was an amazing experience. I had never rented or used a mobility van prior to this. Laurie and her team were so kind and attentive on the phone prior and during booking. Then when they picked me up from the Tampa airport, they taught me how to use everything and made sure I was comfortable with it before they sent me on my trip to pick up my parents. The van was immaculate. Clean, everything worked perfectly and was easy to use. I was able to fit my stepdad's electic mobility chair in the back and easily get it hooked in and secured and then also could fit my mom's folding wheelchair in the back. Dropping it back off was easy, and Laurie even let me know that where my hotel was was so close that it would be cheaper for me to drop it off and uber back rather than pay for pickup to save me money, which I appreciated. Not all businesses would tell you that! The whole experience was super affordable, no more expensive than renting a car from a major rental company! I highly recommend them for mobility rentals if you ever need one!

Triple S saved me from a mental breakdown! The best thing about Triple S is that they are genuinely sweet people! My van gave out on me and it's the only way that I could transport my son. After about 2 weeks of searching for the right company to purchase a new van from, Triple S was the ONLY company that actually cared about my current situation! There was NO direct money talk, just a remedy for my issue! They are truly heaven sent and are in the right business!! I was in tears just knowing that God had sent me to the right place. Other companies were limited with the work that they could do on certain vehicles, Triple S met EVERY ONE of my needs and I am picking up the vehicle that I wanted, not what someone told me they could do. We bought an EZ Ride rear entry wheelchair van for my husband who has heart problems. So some days are worse than others and he has to be in his wheelchair. We love the ease of use. Great company and great people. The process was so easy. They even took our old vehicle. Thank you!!
