Mari was so patient and kind. She spent over an hour helping me.

She taught me how to qualify for Dial-a- after being denied 3 times, how to go about choosing my medical insurance, and how to deal with important legal issues.

I'm so glad this nonprofit organization exists.

I feel like critical resources are hidden from those in Humboldt who need them most.

Thank goodness Tri-City exists to bridge that gap.

It used to be a great, helpful place where they actually helped you get a pass plan through SSI. Now, they just tell you to call SSI for everything. Waste of time in my experience.

I have contacted them three times over a period of three weeks and the woman, Julie never calls me back. My femur and hip are so bad that I believe the only recourse is surgery. All I want is a bar near the toilet seat and in the shower, including a shower seat. What is so difficult not to provide it or at least return my phone calls? I have decided I will drop by there personally soon!
