Soho very accommodating, woman of integrity. Great venue with options for up to 50 people or a bigger space that can accommodate a larger crowd. The space was used on Thanksgiving Day to host the family dinner. The venue is beautiful, clean and spacious. Options to use the kitchen for additional fee. We had the entire facility to ourselves. Ample free parking. Wifi available. Located in a nice area. Loved the space, will rent again.

We rented the venue and the kitchen. We rented the small room and were well pleased. I loved that the round tables and rectangle tables were included with the white chairs. So impression. The owner was pleasant and very accommodating. We had an awesome time and we'll come back again to rent the venue! 5 star!

This venue is amazing. Equipped with a full kitchen and clean bathrooms. The place itself is quite spacy and has basic furniture supply with the rental. I didn't rent the place myself, but a family member did and I helped them with event set up. Lots of parking for guests and the locationoffers some privacy during your event. Also has a little outdoor patio-like space you can use.

I am an event planner and decorator. The great thing abt this place is the time given to decorate. It is a beautiful rental space that comes with Chiavri chairs . Soha and Nelly - pleasant soul to work with ..

The reason we have this venue 2 stars is in spite of a few situations our event went well. Our coordinator was AWESOME! Decorations, creativity, coordinating everything to perfection.
But Soha, was rude, lied, never on time for meetings with my husband, myself or our coordinator, sometimes didn’t show up. My coordinator was coming from Fayetteville.
After meeting with Soha for a walk through, we told her the day of our event 2 round tables were broke, stains on several tables & chairs. The 2 tables that were broken was an inconvenience being we were prepared for a certain amount of people. Soha response was to the stains, broken table was, “I didn’t know”, so that means EVERYONE should get their deposit back because she doesn’t check to see who broke the tables, who spilled beverage on the tables & chairs. The venue was cleaner after our coordinator, friend & myself cleaned the venuethan when we got there the day of the event. When we first sign the agreement she was in a rush, I told her I need to read the contract before we sign anything
We were very disappointed in how Soha handled business with us. We will never recommend this place to anyone only because of SoHa, but our event turned out wonderful!

Needed a venue on very short notice and Nelly came through for us. She was a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The ballroom was the perfect sized space for our celebration. Would definitely consider the TLAC for any future events.

We had our daughter's Quinceanera here and it was perfect. The location and space was great. The price is good compare to other rentals. Highly recommend for your next party.
