My daughter participated in several summer camps in the summer of 2024. She loved them so much that she decided to take part in another production as ensemble of TYP's Halloween show. My daughter now loves theater and doesn't want to do anything else.
The owners, Jordan and Jessica are such great teachers ( the amazing shows are proof). I'm especially elated that my socially awkward daughter has felt very welcomed into the TYP community.
If you want to be seriously entertained and see a bunch of really hardworking, talented kids, check out any of TYP's productions. Support the arts!

My son and I saw Little Women the play today and it was excellent. Do not discount this little playhouse tucked behind the supercuts in a tiny strip mall in La Mesa. The actors are wonderful, all the seats are the best in the house and it was such an enjoyable show. We overheard some of the rehearsal for the upcoming Halloween show and it sounds fun and wonderful too. What a gem for La Mesa and San Diego!

I have to say that working with Jessica and Jordan was a great experience for me. I am a commercial real estate agent that helped them find a space for their group. From a business to business prospective, They were extremely professional, loyal and experienced. They have a great organization that helps the local youth reach their full potential and they are a benefit to anyone they work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to learn and grow as an artist.
