The facility is a very nice, clean and organized place. The receptionists are very nice and always offer help. Therapy team there are wonderful. They always try their 100% effort to encourage their patients and make sure to listen to patients' concerns. DON is very helpful and willing to address concerns all the time. It is always hard to be in these kind of facility, but at least I can see that they are trying their best to create a comfortable, happy, and positive environment for all the patients here. I would definitely recommend my friends to choose The Vineyards.

Danielle and crew are very Professional ,the pt/therapy Department very clean they are also very professional. They help You out with your physical needs, The nurses are great they're very professional Nice and they help you when you need it They arrive in your Room in a proper Matter of time. The inside and outside of the Establishment Is very clean. The food here is very good. It's nice having a hot meal. The Vineyards is clean, pleasant, modern and smells good once you walk in. The employees are nice and helpful. The Rehab gym will greet you once you step in, where residents are doing their daily exercises. They have posted pictures of other patients that graduated from the facility which shows the patients success and efforts of the team and the residents goal to be back with their families at home. Nurses and CNAs are nice and accommodating. The rooms are well kept. Their large dining room is nice and residents hold their social activities there, courtyard is beautiful, kept well with flowers and a lemon tree! I don’t mind having my loved one be taken cared for in this facility.

The nurses, physical therpist were great there with my mom. The were so nice in explaining what they were doing with her. My issues come to the case manager. They walked in just before 5pm to tell us my moms insurance say she can go, not even a list of what we need or anything. I had to basically argue with the help of my moms insurance to get the medicine she had to have. Then they send her a bill for 400.00 for that day of being there.
So i will say it again the nurses and physically therapy were great, not the case manager. This is not rhe first time this has happen either.

The Vineyards is a welcoming facility, starting with the receptionists. Housekeeping does a great job at maintaining the facility clean and smelling good. Admissions does a wonderful job at making every admission feel at home.

My mother-in-law has been at the Vineyards for over two months. The facility is clean, modern and inviting.

Physical and occupational therapy was delivered over two months, professionally and with care. They helped my Mom feel welcome, despite the language differences (Mom speaks only Mandarin Chinese). The therapists were approachable and made Mom feel good during a tough recovery process.

The nurses and CNA's deserve special mention for their hard work in difficult conditions, helping my Mom feel warm. The activity staff provided extra attention to help her feel involved.

The front desk staff are always smiling, friendly and efficient.

There is a beautiful rose garden in the interior of the the facility. Mom loves to sit there and enjoy the outdoors is a safe place.

In short, I would recommend this health care center for your family's needs.

The Vineyards provides Excellent care from the minute you check in with the office staff, the nurse screening and procedures, and the doctor's knowledge and diagnosis are second to none. From registration to medical assistant to physician, everyone is kind and helpful.

My mother had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. They have 3 women in a room, sharing a bathroom with 3 men. The bathrooms get locked, so no access at night, and they’re constantly filthy from so many people sharing one. They caused huge bruises on my mom while trying to take her blood in various locations. The beds are lopsided, causing more pain to sick people. This place had such high reviews, and I was so disappointed to see how my mother was cared for during her stay.
