I love it here.
Rose and Fernando are the sweetest people ever and they organize all these fun events for the whole house.
I haven’t regret my decision one moment to come here and I’m sure I am not going to.
Would 100% recommend to come to the Victorian House!

I was lucky enough to live in the Victorian House and I regret nothing. I met the coolest people here and the rooms are very well equipped. The landlords Rose and Fernando are the sweetest people and are always there to help if you need some. The trips that the house organizes are always very fun and cool. I recommend everyone to live here while studying in Santa Barbara. It’s the best experience you can have.

I’m so glad I found student housing exactly here! I found amazing friends and had the best time of my life. It’s a very comforting atmosphere having a lot of people around that are in the same situation. Also the housing in general is very comfortable and nicely decorated/organized. I recommend every person that looks for a beautiful place to stay in Santa Barbara for studying to live right here, you will never regret it!!!

Living at Victorian House is amazing. I feel safe and comfortable and I made friends on my first day of living here because it’s like a little community. The managers Rose and Fernando are super nice and always helpful and they plan fun events throughout the semester. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else during my study abroad experience and would recommend the Victorian House to anyone that is looking for student housing in Santa Barbara!

i currently live in the Victorian houses and it is my best decision out of my exchange year so far. the house holders are very nice and will help you with any question you have during your year. also they organize so many activities during the semester which makes it really easy to make new/good friends in your house.

I would really recommend living in The Victorian House! Rose and Fernando are one of the most sweetest people i’ve ever met, you can go to them anytime if you have questions or problems. The Victorian House really feels like a community, a lot of the time we hang out in the courtyard together and the events organized by Rose and Fernando are amazing and really a great addition for international students. I’ve been living here for one semester and i knew immediately that i wanted to live here my second semester too. The location is great and you can bike everywhere. I would recommend living here to everyone. <3

Are you looking for student housing in Santa Barbara? Victorian House is definitely the best place. It's in downtown Santa Barbara which makes it so much easier.

Living in Victorian House is an amazing experience. The managers Rose and Fernando are amazing people and really care about this place and all of the residents. They also plan so many fun/great activities throughout the semester.

I would totally recommend living here if you're doing an exchange year. We are doing a lot of fun activities so it was very easy to make new friends. I had a really good time so far. Also the location of the victorian house is perfect. There are is a bus stops near the house and when you take the bike you are in 15 min at the beach or the college.
