I visit LA on and off for resources. Have been doing for yrs... A lot of friendly faces I remembered are no longer there. APAIT on same floor- much the same. Its just no longer as vibrant and welcoming as it used to be. My friend and I both felt very out of place and decided not to go back.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This place doesn’t even deserve to be open, yet alone funded. They are so outrageously disrespectful here, and treat everyone like complete garbage. They have zero care in the world for your well-being or mental health, they borderline are mentally abusive and have put me in several situations where I felt legitimately fearful for my safety. Avoid TransLatina Coalition like the plague, go to trans wellness like right down the street.

I mean I’m not gonna say this place is all that but they at least have all good resources. I was homeless once and they helped me back on my feet and rejoined me with the community. What I didn’t like was disrespect some of the woman that work in the front do. Their not welcoming sometimes and I know we all have some bad days but I would appreciate it if you guys could drop it so we can have a better day.
