Unexpectedly good, in spite of all city under construction but still Port Hope is beautiful and people friendly. This restaurant has great food , reasonable price and friendly staffs and gentle expert Chef. For which you can not find it in all great Toronto 10 times more expensive. ?Shahrokh

My husband and baby met my husbands father for lunch here yesterday at noon. We had excellent service, they were very accommodating, we sat outside on the patio with a high chair, the weather was perfect. There were several other people outside with a few open tables, Patio is small but a good size. Food was good, cooked well. I had the honey garlic chicken sandwich and my husband had the classic burger. Fries were good too! Found out they have a dog friendly patio, so next time I will be bringing my dog. 🙂

Food was delicious! Thank you Luke! Really nice stuff you're making. The caesar salad was fab, the trout was delicious & creme brulee ? & that buttermilk chicken sandwich with pickle & slaw is excellent ? ... Chris & Sasha... ( Especially the ufo what a great addition to the team!) Looking forward to summer chez you guys...
*We have yet to be disappointed. Food is consistent, service is friendly. The menu has more to offer than the website says... ( Come on guys! Change it already! You're better than 3 burgers and 3 chicken sandwiches!)

ordered fish tacos, the best thing we had at this place.. we ordered the brisket, 'twas cooked but both the meat and the mashed potato that came with it were bland.. also when you order the brisket you better eat it within minutes as it gets cold fast.. we got the mussels too but it's not something to rave about, especially the first couple pcs we ate had an awful aftertaste (like a terrible odor, but it went away thank god) we've had better mussels around -like a restaurant nearby.. but for the $70 plus was expecting just a little bit more. fries were okay, for kids.. again, go for the fish tacos.. or stay away from brisket, or the mussels.

Stopped in without a reservation, they were able to accommodate me and my coworker easily. We were kind of forgotten about at first, but they apologized and then the service was phenomenal. And the food was delicious. The Duck Confit, I highly recommend. If I ever come back through, this will be a for sure stop.

Went for dinner with some friends on a Friday night. Kinda nice patio out back although we were swarmed with bees as soon as the food arrived. The cocktail I had was tasty and creative. For dinner I was allowed to mash up two menu items into a spicy honey chicken sandwich. Really awesome that they also let you do half salad half fries as a side. All in all the food was good, not something to write home about. Would go again for another casual friend dinner.

It's small and quiet with friendly staff and pretty cool decor. The food was ok, it tasted fine but there was nothing that made me feel like I need to go back and explore the rest of the menu. They do have a lot of great reviews so maybe I went on an off date.
