Very rude person at the door, arguing with me saying that I've haven't been there in 3 years when I was there twice last year and that fire lane can be used as a emergency parking spot up to 5 minutes for disability people, very rude person

The people working there and helping us with assistance in our needs are awesome.. they don't make us feel embarrassed or give us a cold shoulder . Very willing to answer any questions you have about assistance. God bless them.

There was a misunderstanding about picking up Christmas gifts from them. They held back from giving the gift's for my 8 year old. Very broken 💔. Wish they would have listened and given the gifts for him. Made me sad for him and Christmas.

Reached out to this agency for assistance with a utility bill and was told they would not help me due to an issue that was caused on the utility companies side. Don't ask for help. They will fight you over it and then tell lies about information they're getting or have access too. I wouldn't rely on the SA EVER.

My family and I were told that we could get a voucher to get warm clothes and whatever we needed as long as it wasn't a appliance. We went over to the salvation army office to get the voucher however were told that they haven't been giving out vouchers at all for over a year. My family and I moved out here from AZ and thought we had a bit longer to get warm clothes.
