We have partnered with the Salvation Army for some time now in ElDorado. Now that we are here in Texarkana we want to help show the Love of Jesus Christ to the lost and forgotten people in our community. If this comes across you remember that these people are doing the work of the Love and are not to be looked down upon. It is our job to lift them up and help them get back to living a fruitful and healthy productive lifestyle. God bless you.

Every evening at 5pm they feed the public. Food is usually really delicious. I've taken a shower there one time and the lady up front was really rude. But the ladies in the evening are really nice.

They open doors without knocking, daughter was being changed & 2 year old son hit with the door & didn't care or acknowledge it at all. Families with babies have to wait in a lobby all day & unable to run around. Some workers won't let you change your child & expect you to change them in front of strangers on a dirty floor. Public comes in & drink & do drugs in lobby bathroom. Most (only 2 or 3 are good workers) staff are ignorant & shouldn't be working with people at all. Most staff do NOT treat you with dignity or respect but expect you not to say anything when being treated unfairly.

The managers there are very rude and will tell you that if you have been removed from one mission that you can't come into theirs either. Food is hardly adequate. Public can only take a shower 3 times a week. And if you are unemployed, they still want you to pay to stay there.

Worst place ever to stay. Only been here a month and I know other residents who’s been here longer than that. I just got my old job back and been looking for other housing but everywhere I call they have nothing available. People who are actually trying to get out are treated way different than those who are just living off the system. And I have nowhere else to go.

Some of the monitors are mean to us like just one.. We should be fed more here... We are treated like inmates when we're in there by one monitor only though the rest are nice...
