Honestly, shocked by some of the negative reviews. Everyone has their own experience, but they're just so far off from what mine has been. I've been going to the Kroc Center gym for 6 months now and everyone on staff exudes a special type of warmth. All so kind and helpful. The facility is wonderful. Floor to ceiling windows, clean, organized, equipment is plentiful, good energy all around. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. But usually don't because it's kind of a hidden gem hehe

The Kroc Center rocks.

Extremely unhelpful. They have the Christmas food drive and only allow people to pick up at certain times. When WE ARE AT WORK and some of us have no one to help go pick up. They should allow you to pick up in the evenings or on the weekends when you get off work, and allow you to choose YOUR pick up time. This is the 2nd year I've asked for help and can't get it because of their backwards pick up policies. And the people on the phone are always rude about it too. It's unfair and I rely on the food help for my kids. I'm glad they do this program, but if it doesn't cater to the recipients, it's just wrong. We can't just leave work. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very cool place! Went there for a youth basketball game and was very impressed with this place. Can't wait to explore what they have to offer further!

Terrible staff and rules. Apparently they have to teach you how to walk on the treadmill if you're under 18? They said I could use the weight room freely in the morning, therefore I cancelled my membership to my other gym. In the afternoon, they made a fuss about my age and training, and I couldn't even get a refund after paying over 70 dollars.

If you're looking to take your family here don't do so. Most positive reviews here are most likely written by staff. Had trouble signing up, had trouble with communication, overall terrible facility.

They’re horrible here. Rude and unkind especially Barbara Hartley. She’s needs to be replaced as of yesterday. She has no business being in the position she’s in with that nasty attitude

This place is a giant sham. They pledged $100 to help prevent my electricity from being disconnected 5 days before it was due and then never followed through with the pledge. I called them everyday and they continued to tell me call the next day and so on. I can see from similar reviews that this is a regular practice. Don’t trust them. Look for help anywhere else. Donate somewhere else. For a “Christian” organization, they fall
very short of living up to their values.

I've applied twice now for scholarships for my kid's for sports. Once you think the process is complete and you're good to go noo you gotta jump through more hoops, I feel like some of the things they ask for is a little unreasonable or they just never get back with you or claim not enough kid's for a league. Why advertise it then? Is this done on purpose to keep the poorer kid's away ?
