All I can say is My My My My My..... Todays house shopping went amazingly well. My 12 year old daughter and I got to view 3 different floor plans while Dad sat at home with the 3 toddlers. While making this trip a moment to remember and appreciate for this pre-teen, we will choose the Davenport home. Soon as we walked in I noticed the open floor plan and spacious kitchen. The rooms are decent sized for the age of children we have (1, 2, 4,12). I also love the model of the stairway. Great Job to the William Lyon crew... Sold!

You are not allowed to play music at all or bring your own pool toys, so it can get boring for kids quickly. There are life gaurds on duty the entire time, and they do a safety check every hour where they have everyone get out of the pool. The pool furniture is comfortable, and the bathrooms are generally well kept. Overall, it is a fun place to go with family and friends to have a BBQ and cool off.

We just moved here to the neighborhood. This is a beautiful area for the kids, family and friends to hang out. There was definitely a ton of thought put into the entire space. From the multiple pools, jacuzzi, tables and chairs, playground, BBQs, fire pits, ping pong table, corn hole and all the way to the exits/entrances, there’s a spot to entertain and relax. Even the restrooms are fancy! Be sure to be on the lookout for a tucked away little gem that is perched right next to the playground. Hint……It looks like a little birdhouse! I love the new security measures that have been put into place for the residents as well. We’re proud to call this place home!

The pools and jacuzzis are significantly larger than traditional residential pools. The pool side lounge beds are material instead of rubbery plastic. Which means you will not stick or have lines when you get up. There are also hammocks & fire pits for people to enjoy. There is also a fence between the pool & children's play park. Then one more fence between the park & parking lot. Definitely a safe & relaxing area to enjoy spending time with friends and family.

I've moved multiple times in the past 15 years. Mostly in "prestigious" neighborhoods. The Ranch House and HOA at Audie Murphy are BY FAR the best that I've ever lived in. The Ranch House is clean and gorgeous with beautiful views, and the HOA puts on fun events almost every other weekend. I'm so grateful for the amenities here.

Very nice, new neighborhood, that is coming up. A lot of plans for expansion in the future, and already has great amenities. Mind the smell, and you can save a lot of money compared to other cities, and have a nice place to live as well.
