Great experience here… Faith in the front office is a gem…!!! excellent follow up and maintenance unlike many of the stories you hear from other buildings. Location 2 blocks to campus and close to stores restaurants and bars.

The unit I live in is great! Updated appliances and furniture. The maintenance team is super nice and is very on top of maintenance requests, as well as the front office staff being super friendly and helpful

I wrote the review attached below, and they asked me to send an email to resolve the issue. However, even though time has passed, they still have not responded to my emails. I will make this issue public and report it to the university to ensure that future University of Oregon students don’t face similar problems. ------ I lived in this apartment and was supposed to receive my deposit back after moving out. However, it has been two months since I moved out, and I still haven't received my deposit. Before signing a lease, be aware that you could experience the same issue.

I've been looking for an apartment to rent because it's my first time ever renting and I went to the Patterson Social because I had heard very good things about this complex. I was a bit nervous but Elise made me feel so comfortable and was able to answer all of my questions. She made me feel a lot more confident about renting my first ever apartment. She helped me through the entire process of filling out my application. Will definitely be leasing here for Fall of 2024. So excited, the community is beautiful.

we have a great apartment facing the sun with a lot of space. building maintenance always fixes my various apartment issues right away, which is definitely the biggest upside of living here!
