HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! My grand daughter told a worker all that her dad did to her and they refused to report it and ended my daughter’s visits. They are lining their pockets as you pay 100.00 a week to see your own kids.

Terrible organization. Nothing is for the benefit nor care of the children . Uneducated, rude workers it’s literally a money grab . The staff that works there lacks experience dealing with people and the sad thing is that it cost $0 dollars to be a decent person . The facility is also infested with wasp and hornets to the point that my child got stung while there . I wouldn’t wish the pain the parenting path has caused on anyone .

Dishonest about people cause further issues. And if you are wanting to obtain a record of your visits so you can represent yourself os impossible. This place is joke they charge 50.00 per hour while Kristis caring caring hand only charges 35.00 and they are up front with the information and no hidden agendas.

Just a heads up…

If anyone ever finds themselves in a situation where you or someone you know ever has to undergo supervised visitations..

Do not ever try going the The Parenting Path in Winston Salem. They set both parties up for nothing but trouble. Me and my ex had an agreement and we’re gonna go thru them as a third party and they did NOTHING but lie to the both of us and pin us against each other even more. On the verge of another legal battle, all due to them telling us both something entirely different from each other.

The “director” of the facility is nothing but rude, nasty, and loud on the phone when you’re trying to get answers and demanding that someone(s) are held accountable. The institute is supposed to help, and provide safe visitations among a parent and the child and for the life of me, I can’t understand why and how this place is still in business especially, to my knowledge and understanding, since it’s government related!!

3 different people, 3 different occasions told us both entirely different things and caused so much needless confusion and anxiety, it’s totally unreal.

I can’t help but think how many families have been mistreated by this place. And how many senseless contempt of courts they’ve caused all because they are flat out down right nasty people!! I seriously just want to give anyone who has ever been in this position a heads up, bc had I known or any of the other innocent families had known, we would have stayed soooo far away!

I have had the worst experience with this place, well an employee anyway. Not only have they been rude to me but also made my kids feel uncomfortable on more than one occasion. Under certain circumstances I have to see my children in this type of setting but seems if you pay for a service they should be a little more friendly. And the most important thing is time with my kids, why not raise our women up and show a lil kindness?!?! Sad really, but this too shall pass .. just one of many bumps along my journey...

In spite of less then ideal circumstances, the staff has been extremely helpful and understanding of our situation and has helped with the whole process of visitation. Being able to contact them day or night is also very helpful!
