In 1977 I had the opportunity to connect with "Flower of the Dragon" Veterans services; They helped me greatly and assisted in getting me work. I presently was referred by another veteran to connect with the Marin County Veterans Services Office where Veterans are assisting Veterans. My experience so far has been excellent; Fernando was quick and his follow through to get me the paperwork I needed was fast. I am in a trying predicament and I appreciated their willingness to help me. Several of my family members are not here because of their patriotism for the freedom we all have. Thank you for your service.

I found Sean Stephens and the front office staff very helpful in leading me thru the process of requesting assistance from the VA. I'm a Viet Vet w/ some medical issues and Sean was great source of information and knowledge.

No in person services. Days to respond. Phone appointments over a month out. They might as well not exist. They're just here to collect a paycheck. You're better off asking a brick for help.

Terrible experience here. Not only are they not the actual VA, they may refuse service if they see fit. The person I (had to) deal with unfortunately was rude, unhelpful, and really has no business working with veterans.
