i’m trying to donate from colorado to the la fires and i’d really hope these people don’t talk to actual people in need of help the way they talked to me because hanging up on me more than once and interrupting my SIMPLE question is MINDBLOWING. find another job if you’re not happy helping people.

Came to donate on a saturday, was told to go to the loading dock in the back, Noone there, posters and signs with no instructions. Waited, people came by said nothing, kept going into elevator. Put it in a huge cardboard container with other bags and left... website needs better instructions and they need signs for where to go if donating. Probably my first and last time.
