Only one way in and out of the apartment and it's completely flooded 90 percent of the year and all they've done is put sand bags out that make it worse. People in their 70s have to cross this every morning to get to work. People have been seriously hurt. This is a multi million dollar company treating people like slaves. These people are sick and cruel.

Pretty disappointed. We had to call the office not too long ago about the very strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana that is coming from one of our neighbors. We were told that this isn’t a smoke free community so people are allowed to smoke. I have a one year old and my wife is pregnant with our second. We’ll be looking for a new apartment once our lease is up. My wife gets sick from the smell and I don’t want my kids inhaling second hand smoke coming through the vents. We’ll be sure to move to a more family friendly complex/home. Pretty unfortunate. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

I been at these apartments for about two years and i can honestly say I have no complaints I’ve dealt with Misty who was amazing and when she left, also Vanessa who keeps it real when you ask her anything also Myra has always been good she is the manager. When I need anything done to my apartment it gets done ASAP and that’s what I love about it rather I call them the same day or put in a request I have not had a negative experience and I did have a problem with staff one time but I let it be known with the manager and I haven’t had a problem since. The few concerns I have had got fixed fast, my lease is up for renewal in about a month or so and I will be renewing thanks management keep up the good work.

I have been living at The Heights Grand Terrace for over 2 years now. Everything has been great living here. When you put in a work order it is done very quickly Saul is one of the guys that has been taking care of the whole apartment complex on what needs to be done. Also, he cares about the needs of the tenants. Mayra the property manager is very attentive and is good at what she does. Usually if I have an issue Christina and Vanessa are always there to help me out as well. I usually try to go into the office personally instead of calling. Thank you to The Heights staff.

I have moved in about almost 2 weeks ago and so far everything has been great. Mayra Magana has helped us a lot with many of things and made the move in a great experience. We had noticed a few things that were a bit off and she immediately but in a work order to get it fixed for us. The area is clean and well maintained. The dog park is a bit small for bigger dogs, and the wood chips are missing and some of the flooring inside of the dog park has been pulled/ripped up. We have had occasional incidents with some kids throwing things and have hit the living room window and we looked and they have ran off and kept playing down the way and we have noticed kids coming up to the apartment across from us and throw a ball at her door but other then that everything has been great.

Prepare to never get your issues resolved by management, and to constantly be disrespected and threatened by rude and delinquent neighbors. Your will not be guaranteed safe and private parking space, and the apartment management will do nothing to help you. Your neighbors will smoke everywhere including inside and right outside your door, and the cigarette smoke will definitely enter your living space. The management does not care to manage the well being of it's residents. Cops will be at this place almost every day. People will disrespect your personal property in shared spaces, such a laundry rooms. There is a mandatory "trash valet" charge even though the valet will often not come, leaving trash piled up in front of your door. 1/5 stars, do not move here. Too much money for not enough services.
