The End-of-Life Practitioner Training with the HeartWay has been an enriching program, both on a personal and professional level. Dr. Deerheart’s teaching weaves together practical knowledge with creativity and spirituality. The robust content is informative, inspiring, and thought provoking which led me down a path of discovery and healing. I have learned tools to better care for myself and others. I feel competent to start my own practice and begin serving the community and my loved ones. Dr. Deerheart graciously shares her knowledge, wisdom, time, and most of all, her heart.

I recently had the privilege of participating in the End-of-Life Practitioner program offered by The HeartWay. In addition to the program's brilliance, The HeartWay deserves commendation. The HeartWay’s impact on individuals and families during their end-of-life journey is immeasurable. I have had the opportunity to volunteer though The HeartWay and I have been witness to the direct impact its services and support have had on those individuals and their families.

I believe that higher powers guide us through the difficult parts of our journey. Andrea Deerheart was introduced to me at the time when my 56-year-old husband was losing his battle with cancer.

We live in fear of sickness, with expectations of never losing our loved ones and facing our own death.

Andrea and her team have identified the emotional needs during those times when we don’t want to think about or prepare to face.

Once we are faced with the transition of our loved one, the perception the becomes distorted. This is when having The Heartway’s support and guidance for the loved one and family assisting to understand their different roles becomes crucial.

The outcome is the acceptance of the inevitable, leading to a peaceful goodbye. Doctors won’t tell you the truth; they’ll let you continue hoping for a miracle.

Recently, seven years later, she was here for me again, guiding and providing tools for the present and future.

I’m so proud of her hard work, as she continues to grow awareness about honoring death through teaching and creating literature easily obtainable on Amazon.
