I canceled my gym membership 2 months ago and have gotten charged 2x from them. I called to speak to the manager to ask why I was getting charged twice even after ending my membership. The girl that answered the phone said she could help me with any questions I had, however when I mentioned that I had been charged multiple times when I no longer go to the their gym she became extremely rude, and short with me. I simply called to try to sort out why I had been charged and to see if I could get a refund for the two months I'd had charged for.

I purchased a 1-week pass to the gym on Tuesday. My pass will not work with the new door lock on Sunday!!! What a waste of time and money! I could have easily joined another gym in town!

Great gym for anyone in body building, powerlifting, general fitness, CrossFit, and so fourth… very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are always nice and happy to see you there! The gym is more commercial so if you’re on the look for a purely based strongman/powerlifting gym, might have to look somewhere else. But as far as everything else goes, they’re still amazing! They even have 3 different deadlift bars!

I have been into strength and conditioning for most of my life. This is an amazing gym, period. The city of Soldotna is very fortunate to have a facility like this. The Fitness Place has everything you need in regards to equipment and various classes. The staff is welcoming to all its members. Everything is kept clean and sanitary. If you’re not a member, you are missing out.

I came here for zumba, which was fantastic. The instructor was high energy and so fun to follow.

The crowd here is a little older. But the facility itself is cleand and welcoming. The indoor track is so nice, and there is LOTS of cardio equipment.
