Canon management automatically deducts 300 from security deposit regardless of how clean the apartment is. The walk through prior to move out is a formality. The rep could not point out any issues with the paint that needed correction. Apt was left cleaner on move out than move in, all which was documented on the move in sheet. Just FYI so future rentors are prepared, this is how the company operates.

I had a great experience at the Enclave at Menifee & I’d gladly recommend it & share to anyone i know…looking for a great place to live to apply with their Terrific & Helpful Management team. Their property is always kept clean and they have a Fantastic Maintenance Crew.

I’ve had a truly frustrating experience at this apartment, the place is infested with rats. It’s appalling that such a serious issue was ignored for so long, despite numerous complaints. The lack of proper pest control reflects poorly on the management’s commitment to maintaining a livable environment. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place if you value a clean and rodent-free home.

Lived here for over a year now and really enjoy it! Staff is friendly and responsive. Never had any issues here and I have access to everything in the area. Location also has great shade from trees to go on walks, would recommend.

We recently moved to Menifee from out-of-state and looked at all housing communities in the city and surrounding areas. Out of all of them, the team at Enclave at Menifee was the most professional, accommodating, and cooperative to work with during our move in-process. Biviana, Lesley, and Jessica were consistent in their communication, provided different housing options from the initial community tour of the apartments and numerous amenities till the follow-up provided after moving in, they have always been available. If you are looking for a community which is quiet, perfectly located next to the 215 freeway and near most Menifee stores and shops, well-kept and has maintenance on-site, and has plenty of amenities (which actually function unlike several surrounding complexes)…this is the place for you.

We’re glad we made the decision to move to Enclave at Menifee! Thank you team at Enclave for making the process seamless!

The office staff Jessica, Randy and Jourdan have been fabulous. When I have a maintenance concern they immediately address it. And, immediately is not an exaggeration. The maintenance staff have always been polite, interactive, competent, and tolerant. The tolerance is because my apartment is pretty messy because I keep moving stuff around.

I am over 55 but enjoy the younger tenants and their children. If there is a problem the staff takes care of it. There is a 24/7 assistance line. I decided to live her partly because Jessica and Randy were so welcoming when I came here. There were other apartments, when available, I could have moved to. And, there was no hurry to move out of my last residence.

I am glad I chose Enclave for my new "home". I recommend it to anyone who asks.

I went in this morning to ask for some information about leasing and the front office worker named Jessica was absolutely amazing. I had some questions about viewing an apartment and she was able to make it happen as well as giving me so much information about the property. Not only was she patient with me but also my two kids. They have such a kind staff working there. Also the apartment grounds are very clean as well as the leasing office. Keep up the good work guys!
