Our son was in the NICU from birth to 9 months and this organization helped to give us some peace of mind through their financial assistance program. We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of the Eden Calhoun Charitable Fund! We moved our family from Atlanta to St. Petersburg, FL so that our daughter could be given the best chance at survival due to her diagnosis of CDH. While things turned out to be far more serious than we ever anticipated, we believe us being able to relocate to the hospital in Florida is the only reason our daughter is alive today. While it has taken quite a financial & emotional strain on our family, it is organizations like this that help ease some of that burden.

We are immensely grateful for the Eden Calhoun Foundation who supported us while our baby girl was in the CDH Unit at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in Florida. We relocated to Florida from Wisconsin for three months to be able to give our baby the best chance at life, and the Eden Calhoun Foundation helped to make that possible for us. This is definitely a charity I am going to donate to when I’m in a better spot financially and encourage others to donate to as well.
It’s hard finding charities that help with a diagnosis like this.
At 22 years old I was hit with the diagnosis of severe CDH around 26 weeks pregnant with my son. I had to relocate, go off for fetal surgery, we had an ECMO run, the list goes on. This charity not only helped me out financially but they were there for me as a person as well. Amazing people. I am so grateful to have heard about this charity.

This charity is doing so much do help families with sick babies, and I can vouch that 100% of the proceeds go to help ease the financial burden of relocating to save their babies lives!
