Great venue for Networking. A group of Notary professionals gathered for a self development training seminar and networking. The service at the venue was excellent, đŸ”Ĩ fireplace, lots of tables, full kitchen, refrigerator, ice machine, large counter space. Provided coffee service for a small cost. Lots of parking, multiple disabled park spaces, wheel chair access Many guests commented on a very nice facility. Highly recommend we had 45-50 attendee's and will return in the future 👍

Attended a baby shower at this public event space. Location was easy to find with ample parking. The event room was immediately to the right upon entrance. It had clean bathrooms inside the event, a huge kitchen and storage room, doors to the patio with a wall of windows- tons of natural light. They went over the allotted time with clean up but faced no penalties. Deposit check was returned upon walk out. Great space!

I loved it! Wine tasting & art show was fun! A lot of extremely well talented artists. Plus the food was very tasty. I would go to any event they were hosting there.

Quiet, to quiet.
This is an area where if you want family or friends to visit. DON'T BOTHER.
You will have neighbors report every tiny thing to the office and HOA. Reporting you instead of being kind and talking like real human beings would.
Very creepy people here.
Also note:
80% of their services are shut due to restaffing or covid 19 * they are slowly opening. Want to swim! NOPE! no diving no splashing no swimming in the pool!

Really cruel place to live unless you happen to be 70+
Even the children are mistreated.

This is a place I would only recommend if you have no family and do not mind losing all your liberty and rights being here.

Terrible area too, someone said stores within 2-5 miles. No that is one store. There is nothing out here, not even cell phone services work out this far.

A supportive, engaging, and fun community. Lots of activities and shared interest groups. Large enough for amenities, but small enough to know and socially interact with many within the community.

This isa 55 year and older adult community. House square footage ranges from 1300 to 2600. Most are three bedroom 2 bath with either 2 or 3 car garages. About 750 homes built from early 2000 to 2014. Has a private club house with library, pool, spa, work out room , bocce courts and kitchen. Has an HOA that maintains club house, front lawns and street scapes. HOA fees currently $163 a month. Very little turn over in residents. Active community with clubs and activities. Quiet area in west Roseville. Shopping within 3-5 miles.
