Restaurant and concert venue. Prefixed and limited menu on concert nights. Drinks are self service in the bar. If you purchase tickets for table seating you have to order dinner and must be prepaid upon entrance. I watched Ambrosia last December 2024 and the sound system is just right. Not too loud and decent acoustics. The rib eye I ordered was great and a good portion. It is located inside the mall and parking is free. It is located in the back of the mall

Stopped by The Canyon for a concert last weekend and wasn't let down. We've been to other Canyon concert venues and they are are similar. Great seating, fantastic sound, ample parking, food, well-priced drinks, and a high energy crowd. (I guess the crowd depends on who the band is.) We saw Oingo Boingo former members and they killed it. Thanks Canyon!

The Canyon in Montclair is truly a hot spot and the only venue bringing in great artists from flock of seagulls to Ambrosia and much more.

The management team is wonderful, and the drinks aren't watered down.

My opinion this locations requires a kick ass performance band like KULGARDY that plays music from Led Zeppelin to Deep Purple and many hit keeping people drinking, hope to see them here...

Nice venue, they have live cover bands. They charged each of us an additional $10.00 to sit at the dinner area tables, why charge us to buy dinner They sell food; however, they have a limited menu. The food was just OK, the steaks were not cooked as we ordered them. You should also know that they automatically add 18% gratuity to the bill, we did not know that till after we paid and three of us tipped, so they double tipped us. I thought the server should have mentioned this when taking our orders. I would suggest eating prior to going and just order drinks and enjoy the music.

Got tickets from a friend for Don Mclean's concert. Although he was way before my time, we enjoyed our night. Easy to order drinks from the bar. The location is inside the mall. If you enter from the foodcourt, turn right and straight down at the end on the right, you'll see it.

Went for mother's day with a Beatles cover band. Place wasn't too packed. We got there early, got seated early, and food came out early. We ate before the band started. Then enjoyed the show while having some drinks. Sound was great, staff was great, no complaints.

..... Ive been going to this venue since the end of January and I always have a wonderful experience here. The bands and artists that play here are really superb and many of the employees that now work here have Proven to be so friendly and helpful in every way. In addition, The Canyon Montclair has a pretty great Manager in Eddy. Eddy is always professional and despite being hurried and preoccupied with things, takes the time to say hello to everyone.
