On this Thanksgiving day, I want to say how grateful I am for The Bluffs and for everyone who works there. The staff are amazingly caring, kind, thoughtful, gentle, friendly and genuinely special. It was the hardest thing to do to make the decision to leave my mom there. But she has lived there for just over a year now and she is absolutely thriving. She is doing better now than when she lived in my house with me and my family. I would say she’s doing better than when she lived in her own home with her husband, before dementia really set in.
While it was a tremendously difficult transition for us both, my mom is now happy, cheerful, smiling and joking around with the caregivers. I attribute this to the wonderful care she gets at The Bluffs. She’s busy with all the activities they plan for the memory care residents from flower arranging, art projects, outings, music performances, just to name a few.
I cannot recommend The Bluffs enough.

My wife and I have lived in assisted living and memory care for over two years at another facility in Marin County. We moved into Hamilton a month ago and are currently adjusting to the change. Our initial response is very positive. The location is lovely and quiet. The food is better and the facility is nicer. The staff at both facilities are amazing and very caring. I think time will tell that we have made a good decision in moving to Hamilton Bluffs

After visiting many memory care facilities in both San Francisco and Marin County we chose the Bluffs at Hamilton Hill for our mother.
Both Jeanette and Jason were knowledgeable, empathetic and helpful in our initial and follow up tours of the facility. The building itself is impressive, spotless, and has an abundance of attractive common areas for residents to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.
We appreciate the first floor staff, as they have been professional and caring to my mother. Ruthanne understands that attention to detail makes all the difference in providing residents the comforts of home.

We have been impressed with the way most of the staff at the Bluffs provide personal attention to the residents, greet them by name, keep them active, and generally care for the residents. When my mother accidentally put a ring on her finger that was too small, a caregiver used soap and water to patiently and gently massage it off. Yetzebi also has been excellent at helping bath my mother and maintain her personal hygiene.

I have a dear friend who is now residing and The Bluffs Hamilton. He is very happy there and making friends. The Bluffs is in a beautiful location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not only do I have a friend there, but I also collaborate with The Bluffs on educational events for our older adults in the community. I highly recommend The Bluffs Hamilton if you are looking for an assisted living home for yourself or a loved one.
