Honestly I honestly will say that I loved working with the consumers there I love interacting with the consumers in any capacity. And I thought I enjoyed the staff too, but I realized that the majority of the staff there are 2 faced. To work there is you only get ahead if you’re brown nosing every step of the way. Shitty pay. Constant rule changes at the drop of a hat. Not kind to employees with mental health issues I had so many break downs because of the way the staff would talk to me. They don’t seem to care about anyone but the money and didn’t want to share that with the life skills instructors. They don’t take our taxes So ya end up owing at tax day. They’re sticklers on those that are weak to them and I was weak I was scolded hound I was all of their beckoned call! Now that I’m on unemployment they’re putting an appeal against my benefits wow!! Thank you!! DON’T APPLY HERE!
