Although being in the hospital isn't a pleasant experience by any stretch, the Staff at Temecula valley Hospital made my stay as pleasant as they possibly could. I was treated with compassion, respect and caring in a way that made me feel like I was with family. From the cleaning staff, nursing, aids, doctors, administrators, social workers case management and everyone behind the scenes and all those I forgot. I will forever be grateful and you will all be in my prayers.

My mom underwent a heart procedure at TVH! From our entrance to our exit EVERYONE was welcoming, friendly, professional and caring. Mother had a couple of issues, I was notified by phone and of course they had already taken care of her. The attention and care she received is unmatched so far in any of the hospital stays I’ve been a part of. Her private room was already set up for two guests. They didn’t have to go scrounging chairs. Everything was clean and taken care of. Her nurses and assistants were so sweet and patient. Upon her release - everything was explained in detail. Her nurse had a question about one of the orders from the doctor, he took it upon himself to be proactive and have an answer for us before we even asked.

beautiful, clean, welcoming staff. Quite clear that Administration requires excellent customer service and demonstrated compassion and professionalism in staff!
Awesome experience with every dept beginning with Stephanie, volunteer greeting us as we entered at about 0710 am. Cath lab exceptional; in organization, competence, teamwork. Dr Ho such a good doctor!!!!

From the time I entered the hospital I felt atease. Receptionist, Nurses and Doctors
were very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Needless to say my experience was great.
I felt compassion for the staff in OR . They really are amazing working under pressure and remaining calm.

It was busy but well ran and I thought there was enough interaction spread out through the ER stay to make time seem like it was going faster. So it didn’t feel like they took care of everything right away then you sit for 4 hrs waiting for the doctor. It was more like, intake, wait a bit, see an RN, wait a bit, do intake, wait a bit, see doctor, wait a bit, labs, wait a bit, and so on. I kinda liked how they spaced it.

I recently had a hospital stay at Temecula Valley Hospital and it is a really nice place. The doctors, nurses and staff are awesome, they are professional, friendly, highly competent and knowledgeable. The care and service is exceptional and everyone keeps you well informed. The thing that stood out the most was the level of respect amongst employees. On several occasions I observed the interaction between doctors and nurses where a nurse would make a recommendation to a doctor and the doctor would attentively listen, of course the nurse would do whatever the doctor asked, but the doctor would listen to the recommendation and agree. I also liked that nobody assumed that you were inform of a procedure or updated on information, they would take responsibility to tell it to you even if it was a repeat of information. Overall, I had a great experience at Temecula Valley.

The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful and interested in me and my health issues. Dr. Johnson was very attentive and to the point and order everything I needed quickly. She explained everything clearly before and after my diagnosis. The discharge paperwork and nurse went over everything to be sure I understood my care. The ultrasound technicians were very careful and thorough in my exams and made sure I felt comfortable during the procedure. I really appreciated the staff coming out to the waiting and keeping me updated through the process. Excellent quality care was given by all. Thank you so very much for caring and showing it.

You can feel the love.you're in good hands here.Spotless individual rooms,great food and a staff that really cares. One problem,archaic needles. As I stayed,they showed me an easy way to take the needle. Completely pain free. The staff is what stands out. They are not only efficient,they are so caring that you will be sad when you go home.
