***Beware with this inconsiderate location: 31775 De Portola Rd Ste. 100, Temecula, CA 92592***

I came to this Imaging Center today 03/18/2025 and I was very irritated and upset that I will never return to this location. I made my appointment a week ago for 03/18/2025 at 2:55pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and stated to the girl that took my information that I was there for my 2:55pm appointment. After waiting over an hour, I approached the front desk to ask why if I had an appointment, I was coming into an hour still waiting for them to call me back. She stated that my appointment was at 3:50. I told her no, I made my appointment for 2:55pm and even showed her my appointment reminder and it said 2:55pm. All she could say was, I don't know why they changed it and not advise you. I told her even when I checked in and stated my appointment time, that person said nothing about my appointment being at 3:50pm. No one gave me the courtesy of asking if that time change would work. People plan their lives around appointments and to have this place waste my time for their BS is inconsiderate. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

Very crowded stood at the check in several minutes before the girls acknowledged my presence. They seemed to be hiding behind computers so that they didn’t have to . Sorry but this is the truth . Once given notice I was given the usual paper work to fill out , the return of papers to the front desk was taken quickly and my wait began . I waited almost an hour even though I arrived 15 minutes early as suggested. Many people were waiting many were ill . It was a very sad atmosphere.

My experience visiting this location was great. I was scheduled for a mammogram and I was pleased with everyone i encountered. Krystal (in the back area) was fantastic in helping me initially get ready and making everyone comfortable with dressing rooms and while in the mammogram waiting room. The mammogram/x ray technician was very kind and gentle (which is very important), and the radiologist was also kind and helpful. Everyone was extremely patient with me (I had a lot of questions) and I felt like they all cared. I had a very different experience when I went somewhere else, so I will definitely be choosing this location for my future appointments.

The ultrasound technician was outstanding, I can’t Say the same for your reception staff. The person who checked us in for appointment was fine…But when I returned to get a print out of an access code for my grandson’s test results, It was a different matter altogether. When I arrived, I was the seventh person waiting to check in.There was one young lady who took 10 minutes plus to clean her workstation. I stood there and watched her very, very, very slowly wipe down the keyboard. I can’t even put it in words how ridiculous it was her pen she had her gloves then she had to drink her soda for five minutes. The gentleman behind me was so frustrated at her antics, I was finally helped by a gentleman next to her who had no idea that there was a code that could be issued so that a parent or guardian could view test results of a minor. I got my access code after waiting again in a very extended line and even after getting my access code, the girl in the center workstation was still wiping down her workstation and drinking her soda. At this point the line went from the reception desk all the way to the back door as the girl continued to wipe down her workstation very very very slowly. Now, if she was supposed to be doing something other than checking in patients, then she probably should do that out of view of the patients. Patient perception is everything! Our perception was that this employee did not want to do her job and check in patience and was doing everything but doing that to avoid getting the line checked in and taken care of.

The option for making appointments has improved wait time, but when you have employees who prioritize drinking their soda at the front desk instead of checking in patients or at least that’s how it seemed your customer service ratings will suffer. Unfortunately, for me and others you’re the only game in town. You have all the contracted HMO groups so we have no choice but to go to your facility. I would love to say that everything was outstanding and again some of your services have improved but this particular young lady needs to be talked to about patient perception And how it looked to many of us that taking 10+ minutes to wipe down a workstation and drink your soda in front of Patients who are waiting just to be checked in is unacceptable.

Every staff member was so kind, joyful to do their job. Upon check in at the front desk Nadia informed me that an ultrasound wasn’t scheduled with my mammogram. Nadia went above & beyond to get me squeezed in. Once called to the back Caitlyn & Krystal was so kind & understanding that I was so nervous. As this was as my first mammogram. Sharon was such a blessing to have as my mammogram technician. I expressed my concerns, she reassured she would be gentle & stop if needed. The process was easy, quick & not painful at all. My ultrasound technician was Alana, she took her time to explain the next steps after my ultrasound. Everyone took the time needed with every patient, yet we didn’t have to wait for long for the next thing to come. I got my results within the first 5-10 minutes. I had a very memorable experience. Thank you so much to every staff member that helped me.

Staff at the front is absolutely rude & ridiculous. They need to go back & learn how to treat people. Especially their elders. I sat there waiting for my MRI and watched them yell, tell old ladies in walkers to go sit down, "they weren't ready for them", after telling them to get in line & making them stand. Ridiculous. Rude to me & everyone else for no reason. Just absurd unprofessional behavior.
Technicians in the back were nice & professional.

Appointment at 1:10 got there at 12:20 line was huge so what a relief that we arrived so early. Checked in at front of line at 12:40. It’s 2:14 still haven’t been called. The lady who complained who had an appointment at 1:10 and I’m pretty sure for the same test as my mom was called in 1st. They were at least 10 min behind me checking in. I informed the front desk my mom was here way before them and has an appointment at the same time. People were so frustrated and voiced it. It was a very uncomfortable and hostile environment. One man said it was disgusting what was happening and they need to get it together. Elderly people with appointments being made to wait hours when they have an appointment just doesn’t work. There was no organization at all. Figure it out and get this running smoothly. Poor girls behind the desk taking all the complaints and trying to do the best they can with a bad situation because the scheduling is so unorganized.

Was amazing. He helped me get on and off the bed , I use a walker and I have difficulty getting on and off but he was so helpful and polite making sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. All said, it was a pleasant experience..Thank you all very much
