Not for the first time, then again today. Ordered crunchy taco supreme. Not only was the sour cream missing, there were no tomatoes either. Pretty sure these brain surgeons need a refresher course in making tacos. Food tasted good. Service was good too. Maybe management should pay closer attention to reviews?

Taco Bell Cantina Manager refused to remake, exchange, or refund a poorly made $10.81 order and the location Manager would not provide her name a District, Regional or Corporate contact and promptly called with Police for frivolous and very unnecessary charges. At this point, an initial letter of incident was sent to your Corporate Team on July 9, 2024 and A Process Served Letter of Intent to Sue was received on October 25, 2024 "J0TK000701343." We would mediate and documentate this incident with our Team at Freedom First International but we have also retained Legal in the State of Indiana to move forward with our Lawsuit in less than 30 days. We also have made an inquiry to the Indiana Attorney General's Office and also the Better Business Bureau again due to the level of violation.

Dear Taco Bell,
As a loyal patron of your establishment for numerous years, I find myself compelled to address a matter of grave concern. It is with great disappointment and frustration that I must bring to your attention the issue of your Taco Bell Tuesday promotions.
After extensive participation and careful observation, I have come to the disheartening conclusion that these so-called "drops" are nothing more than a deceptive ploy. The promises made in your advertisements have consistently failed to materialize, leaving myself and countless other devoted customers feeling betrayed and misled.
The discrepancy between your promotional claims and the actual availability of the advertised offers is not only disheartening but also potentially unlawful. Your marketing strategies have created false expectations, leading customers to invest time and effort in pursuing deals that are, in reality, unattainable.
In light of these egregious misrepresentations, I am left with no choice but to take formal action. I hereby inform you that I will be filing official complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies regarding your deceptive advertising practices.
Furthermore, I am seriously contemplating legal action against Taco Bell for false advertising. Your failure to deliver on promised promotions has caused undue distress and inconvenience to your loyal customer base, myself included.
I urge you to rectify this situation immediately by either honoring your advertised promotions or ceasing to make claims that you cannot fulfill. Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial in restoring the trust of your long-standing customers

This was the third visit in as many months and all three times we were missing items or received the wrong items. This is ridiculous! At a time when you have to work longer/harder than ever to make ends meet and you make the choice to spend your money at a particular restaurant and don't even get what you pay for, it's pretty frustrating!
I never call headquarters of a company but this time I was fed up. Then, they think offering you a $5 coupon for next time is going to make you jump for joy. Hey, Taco Bell...you neglected to give me items that I paid for and gave us items twice incorrectly that no one would eat. I ordered a Cantina Chicken Bowl and had not a single piece of chicken anywhere. I guess they forgot it. It had two scoops of rice but NO CHICKEN! On one visit we received an item with ingredients that we specifically asked to NOT have on it (allergies), so in the trash it went. All of that was more than $5 out of my pocket
So, thanks but REALLY!
I'LL spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Just went into your Taco Bell store at 57th Avenue and bell. Nobody would even talk to me.I finally asked him where menu the menu. You people are getting so lazy. You won't even take my order. You have to have a computer, do it. No, I'm not buying that. I don't work for you. I want somebody to take my order. Otherwise I'm not going to your stores anymore. It's a stupid, stupid idea. It's very impersonal and degrading for your customers.

I went to my usual TB today to be met with an unceremoniously wag of use the kiosk. I do not now or ever use a kiosk at this or any store. If l want to go to a restaurant, l expect to be waited on, not sent to a kiosk. Plus there were only three employees there and running the drive through as well. I understand them being busy, but you need to have Customer Service at all times. This was not it, l left.

WOW, worst experience in a drive thru ever!! We waited in the Drive thru for 15 minutes watching car after car pull out and leave. The car at the order board was there for 15 minutes, finally drove up to the take out window. We heard him honking his horn and then left quickly and was obviously p-ed off. Then we sat at the order board for 5 minutes and no one came on the speaker. We drove up to the take out window and were very rudely told we had to order at the speaker. We said it must not be working as the car in front pulled up and then out, we waited and no one came on the speaker. Again, we were scolded by the manager that "you can't order here" as I was trying to explain to them what was going on. I asked for her name, her managers name and franchisee name and she would not give me any of them. She said we will call the police, and I said please do. She again slammed the window, locked it and the 8 people working in the store all went and hid somewhere completely ignoring all customers at 11:30 on a Saturday night. We drove away with no order no food. Halfway home we said we are going back, took pictures of the people inside just looking out the window and the car that was behind us in the drive thru when we left, was still just sitting at the speaker unattended to. I see this store has an average 1.6 on google reviews. That is horribly low for any restaurant in the country. Taco Bell Corporate should terminate this francisee because I am sure they are not meeting any of your system standards and giving Taco Bell a very bad reputation.
Please send me your action plan of how you plan to handle this store and their abyssmal on line reputation.

I must tell you, Your Customer Service is really Lacking like the Performance of Your Taco Bell Ap. Both need organization skills and improvement.
I'm trying to explain to an agent what She knows happened on August 1st with an upgrade your company had. It's fine, seriously, but tell us instead of making us create a new account. The food might be good but as I said Customer Service at Corporate office is lacking.
