I've been on a fitness journey for nearly 3 months. I've lost 48 pounds. I have more stamina, strength, and flexibility. But one 45 minute pound class with Amber has me absolutely HUMBLED. I've worked muscles in ways I didn't know I could and I'm feeling that today. Getting up from the couch or bending over to pick something up is narrated by involuntary moans and groans.

All that said, a friend invited me to this class and I'm so glad I went. It is so much fun. I didn't fully understand how much I worked my body until today when I woke up. I'm looking forward to another opportunity to go.

Community, that is the first thing that comes to mind with this place. No matter if it is your first day or your hundredth, the instructors get to know you. The people you work out with encourage each other to be better but never judge mental. You build a sense of belonging and accountability that helps you on your journey. STUDIO49 becomes a lifestyle, every time you leave a class you feel accomplished and inspired both mentally and physically. The variety of times and types of classes is perfect for whatever your schedule and path may be. Heck the first class is free so what have you got to lose, it may not be for everyone but it certainly has been great for me.

You are going to love everything about working out here. The Staff is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I really enjoy the Spinning Class and the Real Time Video of the Class riding through the Countryside on the screen.

This place is awesome! I have been going to Studio 49 for a couple years now and it’s one of the best decisions I could have made. There’s different classes for different interests and all the instructors are incredible. Stop by and give them a try. First class is free!
