This organization is great for the students and host families! The students receive support from their local coordinator, have social events planned with other exchange students, and are placed in wonderful families. They get to stay I'm New York upon arriving in the U.S. and have the ability to have a spring break trip! The families also have the support of a local coordinator that checks in with them and is there to help with anything! We've had a great time hosting and will host again with STS!

We disclosed in the application that my husband smoked , but 3 months later the kids were pulled because of smoke smell. They said they weren't told prior to being selected. I would never recommend this foundation to anyone. They lead you on and then change the rules.

We are impressed with the professional support we've gotten to our questions about hosting. Our local coordinator is wonderful, she has events planned and promptly replies whenever we call. They even encourage us to be friends with our student before she arrives and we have had several months to get to know her. Our experience has been nothing short of fabulous!

This is an amazing company. I am a first-time host and new at being a LC and they have gone above and beyond to help me with anything and everything to make sure I have what I need to host and to help others host and get the process taken care of in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them. The zoom training calls are all so helpful and full of so much great information. They are literally the best. I am so so thankful that Kerri White and I crossed paths. She is amazing to work with and someone I call a friend.

We have hosted 3 times so far and have had an amazing experience. It has been fun showing our kids around the area and learning new traditions. Our coordinator checked in with everyone monthly and planned so fun events for the students and families.

We hosted for 3 years and had an amazing experience. Our 3 students and their families have all become family to us! One of our students recently returned for a 1 month stay at her 2nd home! Our children have learned so much from this experience. Our son was 2 when we started and he still proudly tells everyone he has 2 big sisters and a big brother from across the ocean. Our local coordinator, and regional director were always available. There were several outings planned each year between exchange students and their families. COVID did slow things down for awhile, but it picked back up in recent years. We can’t wait to host again!

Very awesome organization. I have hosted 6 students with STS, and my 7th will be arriving next month. My local coordinator is the best and the foundation staff is very assertive and helpful! I highly recommend!

I have hosted 9 students and counting with STSFoundation. I have the best local
support and the students have become our extended family. I see some negative reviews but that has not been my experience! We have gained so much from this program.
