Great facilities but highly inefficient in every aspect. Communication is broken at best. Prescriptions not sent to the pharmacy on time, have to visit multiple times to get anything sorted out. Same day appointment is a joke. Basically toh have to take a day off from work and squat in there to get tested. It’s free ya and it’s a great service but the level of inefficiency is mind boggling.

I've been travelling the world, and visited many clinics and facilities in each city I visited. This clinic is top of my rank. Not only the space, location, services provided are ideal for its key population, staff are doing meaningful and wonderful works. If you are in San Francisco and needs to be taken care by someone who knows and cares, go to Strut. Did I say it's free? And did I say they have variety of activities for their community ! Just go there and support them however you can.

Strut is a wonderful resource for the community and is particularly useful for the local homeless population both gay and straight. I grew up in the Castro and I wish a place like Strut existed when I was younger but I am certainly grateful for it now. S

Event was enjoyable, space does great work, seating felt flimsy at higher weights but was armless so accessible. Particularly enjoyed the female comedian and the last poet and final performer. MC great first comedic poetry about white women obsession with Frida and his obsessing with donuts. But agree with the vehement previous audience member with the Not OK assessment about the bestiality poem - if you're gonna write about an animal missing his violator in a yearning fashion maybe mention the animal has Stockholm syndrome ....

The walk-in appointment system needs to change. It's annoying to drive all the way from Marin to grab a ticket by 9:30am and be back next day for an appointments, or later in the day at 4pm. I'm just going to book appointments before I go for now on.

Very clean and accessible community space! Lots of great events promoting and celebrating local artists. Beautiful views from their 3rd story balcony. Bathrooms are fully accessible including sharps containers and an emergency call button (and gender neutral of course!) Love to see the care and planning that went into the facility. Will definitely attend future events with gusto! 💜
