Worst place ever. If you don’t care what happens to your family member, take them here! The staff do not want anyone better. They lie with a smile. They told me at least 5 times that they would help get my brother his Retirement benefits when he would complain to me that they ignore him. Not once did they talk to him about it even though he personally requested help as well. Long story short, I went to Reno Nv for Xmas and NEw Years. I called my brother to say I was stopping by to visit first. He replied Don’t bother because my stomach is building up with fluids again and they said they would take me to hospital. I told them that they told me to always avoid hospital transport from facility because it’s not covered. He said they just told him they would. I then hung up the phone for the last time I would ever hear from him. About ( days later I received a call from the facility. They said my brother is not responding. I said where is he? They said here, at Stratford Villas. I then said was he at hospital and came home? They said they never had a record of him requesting to go to hospital. I then told them to leave all his stuff exactly where he left it. I knew that we had gone shopping together for food as he was picky, when I arrived the next day, everything was gone. They said they were not told to save it. I then talked to his roommate and was told they ignored him for 5 days straight until he was no longer responding. The Roomate, Walter was scared to tell me bcuz they threatened him with not giving his medication if he said a word to me. LIES LIES and more LIES is all they know. My other siblings passed prior to him and I really needed my brother. I miss him. He wanted to get better so he could leave that place. He left alright. All thanks to The BiBi and Raymond and the staff including Anne. I’ll never forget.

Though spending time at a post-acute facility is never fun, I highly recommend Stratford Villa for it's excellent patient care. My mother spent almost a month there and I helped her choose this placement after a terrible stay in a Pleasanton facility. We found the staff to be compassionate and professional. The small size of the facility accommodated more personalized care. The administrators were truly interested in hearing patient/family feedback, communicating regularly with family members, and resolving any problems. I was impressed with the nursing staff's patience and friendly attitude, particularly because of the demanding nature of the profession. Many of the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate the needs of the patient. The only issue was difficulty sometimes reaching an assistant on the main telephone line, as the front desk wasn't always staffed or the ringer was set low. But once they gave me the admin's cell number, it wasn't a problem. Thank you to Isabel and the entire team!

I am wholeheartedly sharing a very positive review of Stratford Villa Post-Acute in Livermore.. Recently I spent a few weeks there following a medical procedure, a G-tube placement, that required follow-up care.

The facility itself is lovely. The rooms are very good sized and the decor overall is contemporary and aesthetically pleasing. For 27 beds it’s a large building with a multitude of windows. It’s kept consistently and impeccably clean which makes all the spaces bright and cheerful. The director and office administration staff was outstanding - sincerely committed, highly knowledgeable and capable, and all the other levels of staff care and maintenance was excellent. Everyone really was genuinely friendly and caring. I have other chronic medical issues that sometimes got in the way of why I was there but everyone was sensitive, understanding and accommodating to meet every special need.

My placement at Stratford Villa was made by a social worker at Stanford Healthcare Valley Care Hospital in Pleasanton. I intend to contact her to share a similar review and an encouragement to continue patients.

Our family has had a very nice experience with Stratford Villa. The staff members are hard working, professional, and truly have hearts for serving the elderly. I've witnessed nothing but kindness and respect for my father and other residents during his stay. The facility is new and is kept immaculately. We would recommend Stratford Villa for post-acute care for a loved one.

The Stratford Villa Post Acute facility is an excellent care center. The staff is compassionate and caring with all the residents. During the last few months, the Director, Isabel has made every effort to keep families informed on what is happening at both facilities. The communication is open and excellent. They have taken every precaution to keep both staff and residents safe during this pandemic. She purchased ipads for communication between family members and staff. It gives me peace of mind to know that my family member is being taken care of in such a professional, caring manner.

My family and I are so pleased with the kind of care our mom received from all of them! They treated her with love and care. She was well attended and the nurses answered/explained everything we ask them about her care. Our mom stayed in the facility for more than three months. She even wanted to permanently stay there and for her to feel that way, wouldn’t you wonder why? Thank you for all that you did for mom!

Sending a loved one to a facility for rehab during the pandemic is a tough decision. The fear of them getting exposed to covid stays in your mind. However, Mocho Park Care Center is one that I would not second guess if I have to pick a skilled nursing home for my elderly parents. I know that they will receive the best care there!

My mother stayed here last year after being hospitalized. They were thinly staffed and never seemed to be able to carry out my wishes. My mother did not like the food and actually lost 10 pounds here. Heavy on pasta and light on protein. Her TV was non-operable for many days and she shared her room with someone that cried every day and night.
