Bob Miller the volunteer is full of knowledge and stories. He was great help! He knew so much about the park and the area. We need a bob Miller day or activity where he can talk about the area. The space was beautiful and quiet! The only thing that was annoying was people stepping over the fence to take photos and picking the mushrooms. Wish there was staff walking the trails. But other then that we will come back!!!

It was WONDERFUL to be back at Armstrong Woods today. It has been 14 months since the park closed. With last week's rain, the Forrest was MAGICAL! Be aware that there is now a fee for parking in the lot by the visitor center; they lost revenue while closed and there was major damage which needed to be repaired. It's worth it!
