My daughter, who is autistic and 4 years and 2 months old, is fully potty trained but still needs assistance with dressing. Over the past three days, I had to cancel my meetings and make a round trip of 30 minutes each way to pick her up because she needed help pulling up her pants. Despite my consent and explanation of her condition, the staff refused to assist her, citing their policy. This rule is unrealistic for young children, especially those with special needs, and should be reconsidered. The current policy either needs to be changed to accommodate young campers or the age range for campers should be adjusted. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation, as it caused significant inconvenience for my family.
