My name is Bhushan R Kavle. I was working in the position of EA at Stem Learning company in their factory. My experience has been very good. My reporting manager was the company director, Mr. Ashutosh Sir. I worked under him for the last 1 year and 6 months. He has an amazing personality. My work experience has been very positive, and alongside team management, I got the opportunity to work in 6-7 roles at the factory. Stem Learning is a great place to work, but there is one disadvantage: some leaders have a communication gap and understanding issues, along with an ego attitude, which causes good staff to resign. However, as far as I know, if you understand what Mr. Ashutosh Sir, needs for his work, then you can work smartly.
